Four studios
Each opens onto its own shaded outdoor playground.
A new home for unhurried learning, opening February 2027.
Palm Laine is for learners ages 3 to 10 who value equal parts movement and structure, who thrive with fewer transitions, and who benefit from one central space that carries all their needs.
Each studio has its own bathroom and kitchen inside, and its own playground just outside the door.
Guides, therapists and friends come to the learner, so the energy a child would spend moving from place to place goes into play, friendship and learning.
About 9,500 square feet of raw wood, live plants and natural light, with every path and room step-free.
Each opens onto its own shaded outdoor playground.
So bodies keep moving when the Phoenix heat sets in.
Steps from every studio, for focus sessions and on-site direct therapy.
Painting and building in the open air.
A standalone building with its own parking lot and secure entry gates.
Just inside the front entrance, the Community Lounge is yours.
Linger after drop-off, settle in before pickup, and get to know the families who share your child’s days.
When a child feels safe and their world makes sense, they are free to learn.
In The Whole-Brain Child, Dr. Dan Siegel and Dr. Tina Payne Bryson describe how a child’s thinking brain steps back when they feel overwhelmed. A calm, predictable space keeps a child settled, so every studio at Palm Laine is set up to one standard and designed so no one has to leave the room to have their needs met.
